Marked Wm Adams & Co England with the eagle and globe, which dates this to ca.1891+. The pattern name, Rosetta, is also in the mark. Beautiful scalloped edges. Good condition with no chips or cracks but being 100 years old, it is not perfect. There is light crazing and a discoloration mark under the glaze in the center of the platter.
