The original label on the base confirms its provenance by renowned designer Aldo Tura, known for his use of exotic materials and impeccable finishes.
Cylindrical stem and base in honey/amber high-gloss lacquered wood. The high-gloss finish evokes the effect of lacquered parchment, Tura's signature material.
Large dome/mushroom shade in light-colored fabric (cream/beige), featuring vertical segmented stitching.
Excellent overall condition, consistent with its age and use (see photos for details). The lacquer is well preserved and reflective.
