It could be used as is for someone who doesn’t care about scratches or wear but would be stunning refinished and restored. There is faded finish, scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout. There’s an old piece of tape along the right side of the desk. The top surface has scratches, worn finish, water marks, and marker marks.
