A striking French Art Nouveau figural lamp, dating from the early 20th century (circa 1890–1910). The lamp features a finely modeled female muse in flowing classical drapery, holding a lyre, with naturalistic floral stems rising above her shoulders that serve as the light arms. In the style of Auguste Moreau.
The figure is cast in spelter with a warm bronze patina, mounted on a round base with a name plaque. Its curving lines, allegorical subject, and organic motifs embody the Art Nouveau style, reflecting the movement’s philosophy of merging art, nature, and function.
