This is a really wonderful, one-of-a-kind piece. It really is magical. The signature says "Hummel 95." I can’t tell what the first two initials say. I love that the scene moves all the way around the circumference, making the center the sky and trees. It’s very unique! I think it’s meant to be used as a lazy susan but it could easily be converted into a wall hanging, serving piece or tucked into a holiday display.
