We are pleased to offer our most recent games table purchase. This elegant model can be termed either Queen Anne or George I, but is in any case of the early to mid 1700s. As you can see, these are most exciting when they have the turret corners shaped to the tops and case combined with bold slender cabriolet legs terminating in club feet. Additionally, the mellow brown leather playing surface is embossed at the edges. Old finish. This is a popular form known as an accordion-action table. The back legs swing out on supports which are additionally veneered to form the rest of the rectangular case. We also enjoy the carved recesses in the top for holding one's chips, candlesticks, and drinks. See less
