At its center, this work by the artist … Read more Superb tabernacle door in finely chiseled bronze, accompanied by its matching frame. At its center, this work by the artist j. Vallet features a moving representation of christ holding a lamb in his arms, a symbol of gentleness and redemption. This central sculpture, made of silver-plated copper, is distinguished by the delicacy of its details and the nobility of its material. On the door, we can read the latin motto: "ego sum resurrectio et vita" ("i am the resurrection and the life"), taken from the gospel according to saint john. The lock is functional and comes with a beautiful openwork key. This is a unique piece.
