This painting features a soft colored scene of a harbor with several boats including a tugboat and barges with a workboat behind it. The painting is signed lower right Armstrong and dated 1916. The painting is executed in oil on an artist’s academy board.

Condition: Good antique condition. Has been professionally cleaned and framed. Some rippling and light warping to the cardboard panel.
