An English, coromandel and satinwood correspondence box dating to the Regency period, circa 1830. Fascia appointed with a brass shield escutcheon and inset lock to front — key present
Lid opens to reveal dual writing skivers, in a later dark blue embossed leather
Front skiver with brass clasp, opening to a generous storage compartment

Rear skiver lifts to reveal a striking satinwood interior, presenting rich saffron hues
