Henry Joseph Peltier ( 1934-2012 ), Anishinaabe Tribe, was an Internationally renowned wood carver. As a young man, he visited the Haida carvers on the Northwest Coast of Canada to learn how to carve totem poles so he could revive totem pole making on Manitoulin Island.
Chief White Eagle is a Muckleshoot Native from Seattle

Both are very well done as in the style of the named artisans. The smaller one is marked as shown, the taller one is not marked but is most decidedly attibuted to Henry Peltier. You will find a smatter of pre-owned wear, nothing serious, paints are all intact, the tall one has a stable crack to the back.
It also has loose wings that I had to put a folded small piece of paper between wings and body to hold horizontal.
