This is a double decorative sink, combining marble and wrought iron elements, typical of the 19th century. The upper surface, made of light marble with fine veining, features two large circular holes for basins. The raised, contoured marble edge serves to contain splashes of water. The support structure is made of black wrought iron, with an elegant and functional design. The base is composed of four thin, curved legs, which join to a lower shelf, also made of marble. This shelf provides additional storage space. At the center of the structure, between the two basins, stands a wrought iron column culminating in a decorative support with two hooks, where the mirror once stood. Below the marble top is a small iron drawer, while at the base of the table is another marble shelf useful for storing baskets and other items. The iron decorations include scroll motifs and a central element in the shape of a flower or rosette. On the sides of the top, there are two extendable arms, also made of iron, which probably served as towel racks. The object has a worn look, which underlines its authenticity and historical value.
