A restrained, spherical ikebana vase with a soft, almost cloud-like presence. The fine craquelure glaze shifts subtly from white to pale green, with irregular speckles reminiscent of moss or dappled light in nature. Small protrusions along the shoulder enhance its tactile quality and lend the piece an organic character.
Dimensions: height 19 cm, diameter 19 cm. The base bears an impressed seal mark.
A refined example of late 20th-century Japanese studio ceramics, radiating calm and elegance—equally at home in ikebana arrangements or as a pure, standalone design object.
