Available for sale is an authentic 1962 Eero Saarinen Tulip coffee table base with travertine marble top. This iconic Mid-Century Modern design is celebrated for its sculptural pedestal silhouette, intended to eliminate the clutter of traditional table legs.
The base is authentic, the top is front the 80's.
The base is constructed of heavy cast aluminum with a white lacquer finish, and retains its original Knoll label as well as a visible 1962 date stamp.
A timeless Saarinen design classic, perfect for collectors and Mid-Century enthusiasts alike.

The top is super heavy and measures 1.5" inches thick
Condition:
Retains original finish with expected surface scratches, wear, and patina consistent with age and use. Original label and 1962 stamp present on the underside. The travertine top is in greatcondition. Stable and structurally sound.
