- The chairs are in very good condition. The fabric is pretty clean and in very good condition if you like … moreThe chairs are in very good condition. The fabric is pretty clean and in very good condition if you like the pattern and color. The wood was also in very good condition with only a few scrapes and nicks which were touched up. The biggest flaw was on one leg which had a long scratch which I colored in and touched up the grain with matching stain. You can see this in Photograph number 4. less
