This stunning extra large antique bench was transformed from a low cocktail table that was handmade in China from Shanxi Province. It is crafted of heavy elm wood in a beautiful lacquer ebony color with natural patina, and the ends are hand carved in the traditional Chinese scrolled shape which showcase its rich history and cultural heritage. The tabletop has the traditional Chinese joinery on the ends where the scrolls meet. It is extremely heavy and solid. This bench is newly customized in an extra thick cushion with an eye-catching gorgeous filigree upholstery with tassels draped on its ends. It is truly a statement piece!
