A fabulous quality 19th Century inlaid mahogany breakfront bookcase, having a moulded edge cornice with dentil moulding and a swan … Read more A fabulous quality 19th Century inlaid mahogany breakfront bookcase, having a moulded edge cornice with dentil moulding and a swan neck pediment at the centre with decorative circular fan inlays, the frieze below having further decorative inlay, having four astrigal glazed doors below opening to reveal three adjustable shelves at the sides and two adjustable shelves at the centre, the bottom section having four inlaid panelled doors opening to reveal two adjustable shelves in each section, supported on a plinth base. The bookcase is in excellent condition and having a nice warm rich mahogany colour. Circa 1880. See less
