A gorgeous Hull Pottery striped persimmon vase. With its extraordinary profile and vibrant color, this exquisite piece is a little ahead of its time and as such an extraordinary vintage find. Stamped and dated 1953 on bottom.
This vase is in excellent vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and signs of use, including a few small bumps — on the bottom and one on the side of the vase — likely caused by air bubbles during production. These small “imperfections” do not detract from the overall look, but do tend to enhance the vintage character of this piece. The highly-reflective glaze on this vase is in terrific vintage shape, as seen in photos.
