This magnificent and substantial Wucai porcelain sculpture captures the legendary tale of the Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea, a beloved theme in Chinese mythology. Crafted in Foshan, Guangdong Province, the piece features nine intricately detailed figures aboard a dragon-prowed boat, each immortal depicted with symbolic objects and expressive gestures. Beneath the vessel, two vibrant dragons rise from stylized waves, adding dynamic movement and auspicious energy to the composition.
