These lamps are in fabulous vintage condition, there is a chip in the gold lacquer ceramic base of one that is less than half the size of a dime. Please look at the pictures and you will see this blemish. The black linen drum shades were custom made for this pair of lamps and measure 17" in diameter at the top with a base that measures 18" in diameter, the overall height of the shades is 12".
