Vintage aluminium and brass bowl by david marshall, circa 1980s. A stunning piece, it is solidity and asymmetrical and brutalist, simply an eye catching piece.
the dm mark is impressed on the inside of one brass handle. The underside has the trademark leather base and the dm sticker.
overall this piece is in good condition with marks and patina consistent with its fabrication, age and usage. It does need to be polished by a professional, if desired. There are signs of previous use, aluminium is a soft metal and the bowl has several surface scratches. The inside of the bowl has some taint marks inside, again a professional could polish these and bring it back to glory.
