It is made from a heavy weave designed to withstand the heavy use of grape harvesting. It would make an ideal log, laundry or storage basket. The basket still retains its original red marking on one side to identify the vineyard. Dimensions: Height: 53cm Width: 62cm Depth: 58cm Origin: Portugal Circa: 1950s Workshop Report: The basket is structurally sound, some wear to the weave in places.
