Magnificent and rare Utrecht lounge chair. Design by Gerrit Rietveld for Metz & Co.,1935 This is a Cassina Limited Edition (no. 66 / 90) from 2016 called Boxblocks with fabric of the Dutch designer Bertjan Pot. The pattern of the fabric pays tribute to the Modernist block-shaped appearance of this lounge chair but also broadens the view beyond Modernism. Great graphic and striking appearance and a rare opportunity to bring a Design Icon into your home!
