The three scrolled legs on each stand curve gracefully and are connected by a circle. On the shortest stand, top of each leg has a hanging loop. The stands are an asymmetrical set, complementing each other, without being identical. Dating from the 1920's, these oil jars in stands captivate with their artistic subtlety. Impressive and sturdy, this rare set will anchor your living space with their weighty presence. Antique items have been previously owned and loved, and will show some level of wear consistent with this prior use. The glaze has wear, especially around the raised areas, as shown in the photos. The lion on one side of the cobalt blue jar has part of his nose missing, please see photo #11. On the same cobalt jar, there are more areas of wear around the handles, as shown in photo #12. The bottom portion is not glazed on any of the jars and there are some chips and worn spots.
