The earrings are handmade of delicate 18k gold wire, wrapped into ball-like tangles. The tangles are messy, but contained within the clean lines of geometric spheres. A larger ball dangles on a gold bar from a smaller ball, giving the earrings graceful movement. The openwork of the delicate wires allows light to pass through the gold for a lacy effect—though the wires look delicate, they are well-constructed and welded together, their fragility only an illusion. Interspersed in the gold balls are single cut diamonds that add sparkle and bring a bit of je ne sais quoi to these stunning earrings.

There are 16 single cut diamonds for a total weight of 1/4 of a carat. The diamonds are bezel set into white gold. They are bright and lively, measuring 1.25 mm each.

The earrings measure approximately 1 3/4” from top to bottom. The top ball is 3/8” wide and the bottom ball is 5/8” wide. Together, the earrings weigh 8.24 grams.
