This a rare married pair of vintage antique foyer lamps. The bases, made of spelter or pot metal were made by Lamp Fashions Co and designed by Nunziato "Nick" Paletta, c1930-1940s. Bronzed patinas base with turned parts with an upper 3 socket light with pull chain switches. The pair of matching shades with a intricate floral fretwork exterior with curved slag glass panels were most likely made by Edward Miller, c1910. The quality of the shades are unmatched and even have etched designs on the inside of the framing of the shades. Signature not found but almost 99% sure they are Miller.
Lamps measure 25 inches high with a base diameter of about 9 inches. The shades measure approx 11 inches high X 14.5 inches wide.
In excellent working condition.
Lamps can be shipped in 2 cartons and the price will be dependent on where they have to go but the shipping will be a minimum of $75.00 and go up from there.
Items can be picked up in New Rochelle, NY 10805 at my storage unit by appointment only or I can delivery locally.
** I am able to offer curbside only delivery to Westchester County, NYC, parts of Long Island and in the State Of CT from Greenwich to New Haven between the Merritt Parkway and i95 for $150 ***
Shipping is not included in the purchase price and is determined by the size of the piece and the final destination. Shipping is done by 3rd party companies and may take as long as 4-6+ weeks.
