Vintage brown leather and chromed tubular steel easy armchair, attributed design by Tord Björklund for Ikea, circa 1980.
The thick hide leather is slightly stained and marked, but has a lovely vintage patina. There is no damage. Overall the chrome is in very good condition, there is however some pitting to the front left leg, as shown in the photographs.
The chair has no loose joints and is very sturdy.
The inside seat width is 54cm. The seat height is approximately 40cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
