The Strasbourg pattern, patented in 1897, is evident on the forks, which bear a beautiful monogram. Circa 182.8g total weight.

What is an ice cream fork?

An ice cream fork is a medium-sized utensil with a shallow bowl and three or four short tines used for eating ice cream or sherbet. It originated in the Victorian era as part of an abundance of specialized cutlery for specific foods.
