It's an Italian ceramic bas-relief wall plaque with a wooden frame in gold leaf finish depicting a group of children singing and playing instruments. The ceramic surface has a nice crackle appearance giving off an old fresco look and the gold finish frame has some nice intricate details. Stamped "Italy" on the backside. Rare one-of-a-kind piece!
