A stylish and extremely comfortable vintage Swedish armchair by Carl Malmsten. This model is very rare, it is called the ‘Stora Furulid’. We have recently imported it from Sweden, it dates from the 1960’s.
The quality is superb, this is beautifully designed and has lovely proportions. The original seat cushion is well sprung and this has an ergonomic design, which both lend to its comfort.
We have had this re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric, the legs have been re-polished. The condition is superb throughout.
