Hans-Ulrich Ernst, known as Jimmy Ernst, is Peggy Guggenheim's assistant and an American painter. Encouraged by his father Max Ernst, he devotes himself to abstract painting. Inspired by the

famous people like Dali, Giacometti, Miro or Man Ray, he became a member of the New York School.
