This figure is very enticing in blue and orange highlights on white paper with a black ground. Very reminiscent of Matisse and French Abstraction. The painting is signed Marsicano and has original exhibition label identyfying the piece as “Seated Figure” by Nicholas Marsicano done in Ink, Acrylic and Pastel on paper. The back also has a Collection label with acquisition date of 6/6/69.

Condition: Good general vintage condition. Some wear to the frame and the mat.
