Beautiful large solid oak double panel monastery doors from Portugal. The original hardware is still present. The oak is finished in its old terracotta-colored, weathered varnish and has a beautiful patina. The doors have each two panels with simple geometric carvings. They are heavy and rot-free, with occasional old (treated) woodworm holes. Handmade in the 17th century.
