Italian Art Deco Large Crystal Glass Picture Frame, 1940s
Gorgeous large crystal glass picture frame attributed to Pietro Chiesa for Fontana Arte, Italy.
Produced during the 1940s.
The entire frame including the backrest is made in the typical green glass that has become synonymous with Fontana Arte.
Beautiful in person to see the irregularly chipped glass rim, famous for Fontana Arte, is wonderful to look at.
Please note also, the photo frame can be used either upright or landscape, making it extremely flexible for the user.
The measurement of the inside frame is 18x13 cm ( 7.1 x 5.1in) - perfect for a photo !
Very good used condition with very little signs of wear and use. Please check out all pictures. This piece is designed in the style of the selected designer and/or manufacturer
