Standing approximately 14 inches tall with an 8½-inch diameter at its widest (mouth diameter: 2 inches), this unmarked piece weighs about 4 lbs 14 oz and showcases the classic gourd-shaped silhouette beloved in Qing-inspired ceramics.
The body is adorned with a vibrant peach tree motif—ripe peaches in soft pink and yellow hues nestle among lush green leaves and delicate blossoms, all rendered with fine brushwork and graceful movement. On the neck, a lone orange-red bat spreads its wings, a traditional Chinese symbol of good fortune and happiness. On the reverse side is more ripe peaches and flying bats.
