The theme of these figures is classical Grecian from the intricately braided hair down to the beautifully fashion gowns and their silken folds. The figure on the right is holding a small platter of fruit and vegetables. They are barefoot as their delicate feet rest upon the Greek soil. The ladies have a thick golden layer of factory strength glaze. They are mounted onto a 2 tiered wooden stand. I saw them in a window display in a vintage shop on La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles, California. See less
