These were designed by Pierre Chareau in the early 1920's, but appear to be from the 1960’s. They have a solid cherry wood frame and trims on the back, and have a wonderful hexagonal shape. These are very solid and well made, and have coil springs on the seat. They are beautiful from every angle, and definitely have a presence. These were previously restored in a textured blue and white fabric with a bold print. The cherry wood has a nice light wood finish. They're in great condition and can be used as is or reupholstered to one's liking. This pair is very rare, and hard to find. See less
