Charming and rustic, this vintage terracotta planter from Mexico is crafted in the whimsical shape of a hippopotamus. Hand-formed with earthy brown and ochre tones, it features etched detailing along the body to accentuate the animal’s form. The naturally weathered finish and surface patina highlight its age and authentic handmade character.
Designed with an open top and drainage hole at the bottom, it is perfect for use as a planter, though it also makes a unique decorative accent on its own. A wonderful addition to any boho, eclectic, or Southwestern-inspired interior or garden.
