Provenance; collection Jacob Willem Nicolaas van Achterbergh (1928-2009) who played a significant role as a collector of contemporary ceramics since the late 1950s. He was a major collector and authority on post-war ceramics who curated his major exhibition in the Netherlands. His Foundation of ceramics and applied arts is still managing his legacy and his collection, partially donated to several museums. See less
