A set of 3 composition artworks of birds on wooden plaques. Art Brut or Modern expressionist group of long-legged birds, hand-formed in a sculptural paste and hardened to apply to black panels. Stark and graphic with a stony color and texture. The medium dries to a hard paste and crackles like deep mud. The measurements are 7.5" by 9.75" tall and 1.75" deep, each panel.
