18th century, England, hand carved and enameled partial gilt wooden jardinière planters, square form with projecting corners, gilded scrolls with acanthus carvings, running ornamentation and rosette medallion, retaining their original metal liners. circa 1775

Very good original unrestored antique condition. Attractive appearance, with warm mellow patina. Wear commensurate with age and use, including minor nicks, splits and abrasions, water streaks that have faded the green paint throughout time, rubbing to gilt and chippy paint flakes.
