This is a beautiful early 19th-century table from central Europe, probably Austrian, with original polychrome decoration. This handpainted side table has lovely flora and leafl decoration to the top and sides, using yellow and ochre, and black. Persimmons and flowers and other shapes decoration applied to the side, legs and length of the table.
Any scratches, cracks, dings, or age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this special and rare table.
