Heavy Lucite acrylic vase with bent, embedded gold branche inclusions attributed to Pierre Giraudon, Italy. Typical of Giraudon's work, this piece has a thick material form with smooth exterior and chiseled etched finished interior and gold inclusions. Beautiful composition and material use in this piece. Unmarked and may have had the artist's stamp at one time. Clean inside and out with no cracks or chips. Minor wear to bottom commensurate with age. This piece does not hold water. Large scale, highly tactile form. Display ready piece.
