A fabulous pair of cornucopia-shaped wall planters, entirely hand-decorated and glazed in majolica, decorated with a central rural idyll enriched with numerous floral motifs and a bas-relief bust of a lion rampant at the top. Both are signed on the back with a red mark, with an intersecting "o" and "l" and a brace above, which we believe to be one of the 18th-century marks of the oleyris and laugier factory in le moustiers, france.
