Beautiful display cabinet with a base cabinet on delicate, curved legs

Quality furniture factory Robert Thummernicht, Thuringia, 1950s/1960s

This beautiful display cabinet is divided into two sections: the top section is glass with beautiful curved glass panels on the sides and a large glass door, with two glass shelves.
The bottom section features a cabinet compartment with two double doors with ornately carved wooden appliqués and a continuous shelf.

Slightly glossy wood with a fine grain (burl wood veneer)

This is storage space = display space - for beautiful dishes that you want to display, even when not in use.


Overall, in absolutely good vintage condition, slight signs of wear = fading in the wood, but it takes care of itself very well and gets more beautiful.
