Very rare silvered brass lamp! this ceiling lamp is attributed to emil stejnar in the 1950s and manufactured by rupert nikoll. The spheric lamp features a brass core mounted with lacquered wire baskets. 17 white lacquered shades holding e 14 bulbs alternate with glass flowers and prisms to create the snowball (or "pusteblume") effect after which this piece is named. Complete and all original! rewired! this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,
up to 250v (europe/uk standard).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
