This is a small vintage Federal-style convex mirror with bold decorative details.
Design & Features:
• Mirror: A round convex mirror at the center, designed to reflect a wide area, typical of early American Federal-style mirrors.
• Frame: Richly detailed with a dark faux bronze-gilt finish and beaded accents circling the mirror. Brass-like studs punctuate the design, adding texture and depth.
• Crest: An eagle with outstretched wings crowns the mirror, symbolizing strength and patriotism—an iconic element of Federal décor.
• Base & Surround: Ornamental foliage scrolls frame the bottom, balancing the eagle crest and enhancing the classical aesthetic.
Back:
