This table measures: 52.25 wide x 40.25 deep x 29.25 inches high, with a chair clearance of 26 inches, the leaf measures 24 inches wide, making a maximum table width of 76.25 inches when the leaf is utilized

In some situations when we get the same piece back in stock that we've had before, we will use photos from a previous shoot. In these situations, the piece you get will be in the same (or better) condition than the photos.
