European Street Scene - Original Ink Line Drawing by Roxie Munro (American b. 1945.)
Detailed architectural drawing of a European street scene, potentially Paris, by prominent illustrator and painter Roxie Munro. A street separates two rows of buildings, quickly bending and disappearing behind the building on the right. The buildings appear to be in the Second Empire French architecture style. The bottoms of the buildings curve with the street, providing a sense of movement. The foreground of the piece remains open, allowing the intricate details of the architecture to shine.
Signed in bottom right corner: "Roxie Munro"
Roxie Munro was born in Texas in 1945 and grew up in Southern Maryland. She studied art at the University of Maryland, the Maryland Institute College of Art, and the University of Hawaii.
