A sensuous amphora-shaped piece featuring an oatmeal-hued, wide body that narrows upwards towards a dark chocolate brown elongated neck . Similarly, the base narrows to a flat bottom for structural support. Whimsically, a shadowy band subtly transitions into an elegant sage green even lower down. There is a removable top as you see in the photos. That top appears to have been restored as there is a crack midway down. Fortunately, this is not visually detrimental to the viewer as it is invisible with the top in place. Although its presence is modern, its shape and finish have their origins in very early works.
