Roy Lichtenstein ( 1923 - 1997 ) The American born Pop artist of a Jewish background, is one of the most well known loved Contemporary artists. During the 1960's along with Andy Warhol among others, he became a leading figure in the new Pop Art movement. His work defined the premise of Pop Art through parody. Inspired by the comic strip, Lichtenstein produced precise compositions often in a tongue and cheek manner. Artworks by Lichtenstein are included in the collections in many of the world's most prestigious museums.

The rare out of print Pop Art offset lithograph print measures 12" W X 16" H. It is printed on high quality smooth finish paper stock with vibrant ink colors.
